WE LIVE HERE
Cwm Fferm is our home and has been the culmination of our dreams.
We have horses, dogs, an orchard, more vegetables, fruit and herbs than we know what to do with and we are almost completely self sufficient with regards to water and energy.
We have solar panels, a heat pump, evaporative cooling, brilliant insulation, and we run our house & irrigate our farm completely on rain water we collect in 5 massive rainwater tanks.
The Bungalow
Our self contained 2 bedroom bungalow sleeps 6-7 in the serenity of a quiet rural setting.

The accomodation features a large queen bedded room, a quiet rear racing room with a king single and a double bed, and a large comfortable sofa bed in the rear facing sunroom that looks out over the lake.

So many things to do
Whether it be a bay or surf beach or a public pool, they are all close by: guests have the choice of swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking or surfing―virtually any water activity you choose!
The mouth of the Barwon River between Barwon Heads and Ocean Grove is a perfect place to swim, paddle board or kayak.
If you want to bring a fishing boat, the Clifton Springs boat ramp is only 9 minutes drive away and there is plenty of room outside the bungalow to safely manoeuvre and leave a large boat and trailer when you are not using it.
We are surrounded by wineries, most with casual or fine dining on offer. We have The Whiskery, and The Flying Brick Cider house within 7km and many great Café’s & bakeries nearby. And as your hosts we can offer a lift to up to 4 people to any one of the above.
Adventure Park is only 9 minutes drive.
If you wish to cycle, run or walk, access to the Bellarine Rail Trail is only 1 km away. From our front gate, you can ride or drive to the trail in minutes, from there, it’s a wonderful 17 km trail all the way to Queenscliff and it’s marvellous ice-cream shops, cosy cafes and friendly pubs.
